- 1 cup cold heavy whipping vream.
- 3 tablespoons confectioners sugar.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- For Garnish.
- as needed Sweetened cocoa powder for dusting.
- White and dark chocolate shavings.
Comment cuisiner Coffee Cream Tart:
- For CrustMake Crust.
- Spray a 9 inch springform pan with bakers spray.
- Combine Oreo crumbs and butter in a bowl.
- Press into prepared pan. Freeze while preparing filling.
- Make Filling.
- Bring milk and cream to a simmer in a saucepan, meanwhile whisk in a bowl egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch.

- Beat cream until soft peaks form.
- Beat I sugar and vanilla and beat until it holds its shape.
