  6. 5 large egg yolks.
  7. 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
  8. 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
  9. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
  10. 2 tablespoons instant coffee.
  11. For Whipped Cream Topping.
  12. 1 cup cold heavy whipping vream.
  13. 3 tablespoons confectioners sugar.
  14. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  15. For Garnish.
  16. as needed Sweetened cocoa powder for dusting.
  17. White and dark chocolate shavings.

Comment cuisiner Coffee Cream Tart:

  1. For CrustMake Crust.
  2. Spray a 9 inch springform pan with bakers spray.
  3. Combine Oreo crumbs and butter in a bowl.
  4. Press into prepared pan. Freeze while preparing filling.
  5. Make Filling.
  6. Bring milk and cream to a simmer in a saucepan, meanwhile whisk in a bowl egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch.
  7. Slowly whisk the cream into the egg yo;k mixture then return it back to the saucepan..return to low heat on stove top and stir until thickened. Stir reaching all areas of bottom of saucepan at all times.

  9. Pour into prepared crust. Let cool to room temperature than cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight to set.

  12. Beat cream until soft peaks form.
  13. Beat I sugar and vanilla and beat until it holds its shape.
