Ingrédients de Paneer Tikka masala:

  1. 200 gm paneer.
  2. 1 cup diced onion.
  3. 1 cup diced capsicum.
  4. 1 cup milk.
  5. 1 bowl tomato puree.
  6. 2 spoon ginger garlic paste.
  7. 2 spoon onion paste.
  8. 1 spoon paste of(cumin,Coriander, red chilli).
  9. 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala.
  10. 1/2 t kashmiri red chilli powder.
  11. 1 tsp garam masala.
  12. 1 tsp lemon juice.
  13. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
  14. 10 black pepper crushed.
  15. 1 bay leaf.
  16. 4 spoon oil.
  17. to taste Salt.
  18. 1 tsp Kasturi methi.
  19. 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
  20. 2 spoon kaju/cashew paste.
  21. 1 tsp fresh cream.
  22. 9-10 raisins.

Comment cuisiner Paneer Tikka masala:

  1. Cut paneer into squares shape cut it slight big.
  2. Marinate it with lemon juice, some salt and crushed black pepper and some turmeric powder. For 10 mns.
  3. Heat a tawa and kadhai at same time add oil to both each 2 teaspoon.
  4. Fry the marinated paneer in tawa.
  5. Add chopped onions and CAPCICUM and fry for 3 mns keep aside add little oil and add all paste... And fry, now add all dry masala and fry add tomatoes puree and salt.. While adding salt keep in mind that we used salt in marination also..
  6. At the mean time check the paneer fry it from both side well.
  7. Fry the masala until leave oil now add kaju paste and fry add 1 spoon fresh cream... Fry for 2 mins.
  8. Add fried capsicum, onion and paneer fry 2mns add milk and half cup water keep it in medium flame. For five mins till the consistency reduces to half...switch off the flame.
  9. Now add kasturi methi and chopped Coriander leaves and raisn. Cover it for 2mns..
  10. Serve hot with chapati or Rice. Here I serve with rice... My all time favourite..
