Ingrédients de Chicken pateela Tikka:

  1. 1/2 kg chicken leg.
  2. pieces 50 gm plain yogurt.
  3. 1/2 cup water.
  4. 1/2 lemon juice.
  5. 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
  6. to taste salt.
  7. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
  8. 1 tbsp red chilli powder.
  9. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder.
  10. 1 tomato for garnishing.
  11. for instent raita.
  12. 1/4 cup yogurt.
  13. 1 tsp raita powder.
  14. mint chutniy.
  15. 1 green chilli.
  16. salt.
  17. 1/2 lemon juce.
  18. leaves mint.

Comment cuisiner Chicken pateela Tikka:

  1. Make deep slits in chicken leg pieces..
  2. In a bowl, combine together yogurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt to taste..
  3. Squeeze a lemon juice over it..
  4. Mix well and make a fine paste..
  5. Apply this paste on the chicken pieces..
  6. Marinate chicken for at least 4 hours..
  7. After 4 hours, heat oil in a cooking pot..
  8. Put marinated chicken in hot oil..
  9. Cook for 5 minutes or until it's change colour..
  10. Now add a cup of water..
  11. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat..
  12. Cover and let it simmer 15-20 minutes..
  13. Increase the flame to let excess water evaporate..
  14. Take it out in a serving dish..
  15. Delicious Chicken Pateela Tikka is ready to serve..
  16. Serve with chapati.
  17. Garnish tomato slice.
  18. Dahi raita and podeena chutney....
  19. Raita.. add yogurt and raita powder and mix well...
