  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder.
  7. 1 tsp turmeric powder.
  8. 1 tsp coriander powder.
  9. 1 tsp cumin powder.
  10. 1 tsp dry mango powder.
  11. 1 tsp garam masala powder.
  12. 1 tsp kasturi methi.
  13. 1 tsp carrom seeds.
  14. 2 tsp roasted gram flour.
  15. to taste Salt.
  16. For chapati.
  17. 1 cup wheat flour.
  18. 1 tsp kasturi methi.
  19. to taste Salt.
  20. as needed Oil / clarified butter for cooKing.
  21. 1 tbsp green chutney.
  22. 1 small onion finely chopped.

  1. First in a bowl,take curd.Then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,dry mango powder,kasuri methi,carrom seeds and salt. Then add ginger garlic paste and gram flour.Mix well. Then add chopped bell pepper,onion and paneer cubes.Mix well..
  2. Take a kadai,add 2 tsp oil.Then add marinated paneer mix. Cook for about 10 minutes until moisture evaporated. Quick paneer tikka masala is ready. Keep this aside..
  3. Now for chalati dough,take whole wheat flour,add salt and kasuri methi. Mix well.Make soft dough by using water. Dough is ready..
  4. Take small portion of dough, make lemon size ball with it. Then roll it. cook it on tawa and make chapati. Repeat this process and make more chapati..
  5. Now for roll - take a chapati,put it on the pan apply ghee and again cook from both sides. Take out and apply green chutney on it. Then put cooked paneer tikka masala. Then put chopped onion. Roll it. Quick paneer tikka masala roll is ready..
