Ingrédients de Chicken Tikka:
- 4 pieces Chicken.
- 1 Cup Yoghurt.
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice.
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
- 1 tsp Salt.
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder.
- 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin.
- 1 tsp Roasted Ajwain.
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder.
- 1/2 tsp Citric Acid.
Comment cuisiner Chicken Tikka:
- In a Blender add Ajwain and Cumin. Make it Powder..
- In it add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Citric Acid, and Blend it well..
- In a Bowl add Yoghurt. Add the Masala we just Blend, Lemon Juice and Ginger Garlic Paste. Mix it all Together..
- Our Marination For the Chicken is Ready..
- Now take each Chicken piece. Dip it and Coat it with The Marination..
- Once all the Chicken is Coated and Marinated evenly put it aside for 6 Hours or Overnight. (Overnight is batter)..
- Take a big pan in it add 1/2 tsp Oil. Add your Marinated Chicken. Now Cook the Chicken for 30 minutes rotating the sides. (It may take more time on your pan)..
