Ingrédients de Restos style Paneer Tikka:

  1. 300 gm Paneer.
  2. 100 gm Hung Curd.
  3. 1 teaspoon Cumin powder.
  4. 1 tsp black pepper powder.
  5. 2 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste.
  6. 2 tablespoon Kashmiri mirch powder.
  7. To taste Salt.
  8. 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi powder.
  9. 1 tablespoon Garam masala.
  10. 2 Table spoon Bason/ Sattu.
  11. 1 teaspoon coriander powder.
  12. 2 Lemon juice.
  13. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
  14. 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder.
  15. 2 tablespoon Oil(Mustard/ Soya/ Grndnut).
  16. 2 capsicum.
  17. 2 Tomatoes.
  18. 2 Onions.
  19. 1 Potato.
  20. 1 Teaspoon Carom seeds.
  21. 2 Teaspoon Amul Butter.

Comment cuisiner Restos style Paneer Tikka:

  1. Take 2 Spoon of hung curd/ Thick yoghurt in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon Salt and 1 table spoon of Garam masala..
  2. Add 1 table spoon Coriander powder with 1 teaspoon of carom seeds/powder, 1 table spoon of Kasuri methi and 1 teaspoon of chaat masala in the bowl..
