  4. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder.

  6. 1/2 tbsp Garam masala.
  7. 1/2 tbsp Ground coriander.
  8. 1/2 tbsp chilli powder.
  9. 1/2 tbsp garlic salt.
  10. 1/2 juice lemon.
  11. 1 tsp salt.
  12. Flatbreads.
  13. 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt.
  14. 4-6 tbsp self raising flour + more for hands.
  15. Splash olive oil.
  16. Salad (Kachumber).
  17. Half cucumber deseeded and chopped finely.
  18. 3 tomatoes deseeded and chopped finely.
  19. 1/2 red onion chopped finely.
  20. Handful fresh coriander chopped finely.
  21. 1/2 juice lemon.
  22. 1/4 tsp Salt.
