- 1 lb chicken tenders/breasts, small cubes/chunks.
- 1/2 cup chicken stock.
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced.
- 1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves.
- 1 salt to taste.
- 5 8" flour tortillas.
- 1 butter for tortillas.
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese, any flavor(s).
