  1. 8 Chicken thigh, bone in and skin on.
  2. 160 grams English spinach leaves.

  15. 1 Drizzle of sesame oil.
  16. 2 tbsp Tomato paste.
  17. 2 Long red chilli.
  18. 1/3 cup Fresh coriander.
  19. 1 tbsp Dedicated coconut.
  20. 2 tbsp Ground almond.
  21. 1 tsp Cumin seeds.
  22. 1 tsp Coriander seeds.
