  2. Vegetable oil.
  3. 6 Eggs.
  4. 2 tsp Taco seasoning.
  5. 1/2 cup Mexican cheese.
  6. 1 Fresh salsa to garnish.
  7. 1 Cilantro to garnish.
  8. 1 Lime to garnish.
  9. 1 Side of bacon or Chorizo.
  10. Sour Cream Sauce.
  11. 1/2 cup Sour cream.
  12. 2 Roasted Poblano Peppers.
  13. 1 tsp Cumin.
  14. 1 tbsp Cilantro.
  15. 1/2 Lime squeezed.

  1. To make sauce: Roast Poblano peppers in oven on broil until skin is blackened. Let steam in ziplock for several minutes. Peel skin off. Combine peppers, sour cream, cumin, cilantro, and lime juice in blender..
