Ingrédients de Snicker Candy Popcorn:

  1. 6 quart air popped corn (about 1 1/2 C kernels).
  2. 1 cup salted butter.
  3. 2 cup light brown sugar (packed).
  4. 1 tsp salt.
  5. 1/2 cup light corn syrup.
  6. 1 tsp baking soda.
  7. 1 cup salted peanuts.
  8. 30 "fun size" snicker bars coarsely chopped.
  9. 3 oz melted semi-sweet chocolate (optional).

  1. Preheat oven to 200°.
  2. Over medium heat bring butter, brown sugar, salt and corn syrup to a boil. Boil 5 min..
  3. While you mixture is boiling, spread out you popcorn on wax paper covered baking sheets..
  4. Remove mixture from heat and stir in baking soda..
  5. Sprinkle peanuts over popcorn then pour mixture on popcorn evenly. Stir until well coated..
  6. Transfer popcorn to a large roasting pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 min..
  7. Stir every 15 min..
  8. Remove from oven and stir in coarsely chopped Snicker bars..
  9. Return to oven for about 3 min or until snickers melt slightly..
  10. Remove from oven and transfer back to wax paper lined baking sheets. Cool.
  11. Drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn (if desired).
  12. Let cool and store in airtight container..
