  3. 1/3 cup nuts, pecans, cashews, or walnuts, they couldn't remember with one it was.
  4. 2 tablespoons coconut flakes.
  5. 1/3 cup sunflower seeds.
  6. 1-1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar.
  7. 1-1/2 tablespoons maple syrup.
  8. 1-1/2 tablespoons sunflower oil/ vegetable oil.
  9. 1 pinch salt.
  10. 1/3 cup raisins.

  1. Preheat oven 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients except the raisins they go in last.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients.

  5. Spread mixture out on a pan and bake 60 minutes.
  6. Turn oven off, don't open it leave it shut for 15 miutes.
  7. Remove from oven then break it all up.
