Ingrédients de Trail Mix Bars:
- 1 cup AP flour.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 2 tsp cinnamon.
- 1 tsp nutmeg.
- 1 cup natural peanut butter.
- 1 cup raw honey.
- 2 eggs.
- 1/2 cup milk (I use cashew milk).
- 2 cups trail mix, pulsed in food processor to break down large pieces.
- 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats.
Comment cuisiner Trail Mix Bars:
- Preheat oven 375°.
- Blend flour, salt, powder, and spices.
- Add peanut butter and honey, mix thoroughly.
- Add beaten eggs and milk, beat until smooth.
- Add trail mix and oats. Mix completely.
- Press into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake 375° for 45 minutes.
- Cool completely, cut into bars and store in air tight container..
