Ingrédients de Trail Mix Bars:

  1. 1 cup AP flour.
  2. 1 tsp baking powder.
  3. 1/2 tsp salt.
  4. 2 tsp cinnamon.
  5. 1 tsp nutmeg.
  6. 1 cup natural peanut butter.
  7. 1 cup raw honey.
  8. 2 eggs.
  9. 1/2 cup milk (I use cashew milk).
  10. 2 cups trail mix, pulsed in food processor to break down large pieces.
  11. 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats.

Comment cuisiner Trail Mix Bars:

  1. Preheat oven 375°.
  2. Blend flour, salt, powder, and spices.
  3. Add peanut butter and honey, mix thoroughly.
  4. Add beaten eggs and milk, beat until smooth.
  5. Add trail mix and oats. Mix completely.
  6. Press into a greased 9x13 pan.
  7. Bake 375° for 45 minutes.
  8. Cool completely, cut into bars and store in air tight container..
