- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats.
- 3/4 cup nuts of choice (walnuts, almonds, pecans, etc.).
- 2 tbsp. seeds of choice (pumpkin, sunflower, etc.).
- 3 tbsp. pure maple syrup.
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon.
- Pinch salt.
- 1/4 cup chopped dried fruit of choice (optional).
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional).
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional).

- In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat..
- Once the coconut oil has melted, add the oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, salt and maple syrup. Stir to thoroughly combine everything..
