  1. 1-12 oz box of Chex or Crispix.
  2. 1.5 sticks Butter (3/4 cup).
  3. 8 tsp Worchestershire Sauce.
  4. 3 tbsp Seasoning Salt.
  5. 3 cups Peanuts (and/or mixed nuts).
  6. 3 cups Fritos.
  7. 3 cups Pretzels.
  8. 3 cups Goldfish crackers.
  9. 3 cups Cheetos.

Cheesy Chex Mix recipe: Based on the traditional chex mix recipes from the cereal box - but altered for our personal tastes. This is actually a double batch from the traditional recipe - but a single batch. Brown Butter Chex Mix-browned butter makes this Chex Mix even better than the traditional snack mix!   1. Preheat over to 250 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter and stir together the butter, worchestershire sauce, and seasoning salt..
  3. Dump all ingredients into the roaster (dry and wet) and gently stir so the dry ingredients are evenly coated by the buttery mixture..
  4. Place into the oven for 45 minutes, stirring the mixture every 15 minutes to ensure even coating and crispness..
  5. Allow to cool and enjoy.
