Ingrédients de Rose Phirni:
- 1 litre Milk.
- 4-5 Saffron Stands.
- 100 gm Rice flour.
- 1/2 cup Sugar.
- 2-3 tbsp Rose Syrup.
- 1 Rose for garnish.
- 3-4 Pistachios for garnish (chopped).
Comment cuisiner Rose Phirni:
- Heat a saucepan and add in 1 liter milk..
- To this add kesar strands..
- Let the milk simmer on low flame and reduce to 3/4th it's quantity..
- Meanwhile take the rice flour and soak it with 100 ml milk. Give it a nice mix..
- Once the milk reduces, add the rice flour mix to the milk and stir continuously..
- The mixture will start getting thick as the rice flour starts getting cooked..
- Once cooked, add in sugar and mix well..
- Now add in the rose syrup and cook for another 5-6 minutes..
- Turn off the flame..
- Set the phirni in small bowls and drizzle with rose syrup..
- Garnish with pistachios and rose petals..
