Ingrédients de Rose Agar-agar Pudding:

  1. 1 1/2 cup milk.
  2. 1/2 cup sugar.
  3. 1/2 cup water.
  4. 5 g agar agar/china grass.
  5. 2 tbspn Rose syrup.

  1. Heat milk in a pan. Bring it to boil and simmer 5 minutes..
  2. Add half cup sugar and mix till it dissolves. Switch off flame..
  3. Add rose essence and mix well..
  4. Take agar agar and rinse it once with water. Add water till fully immersed. Melt in low flame till completely dissolved..
  5. Strain the agar agar mixture into the milk quickly. Use a spoon to filter and mix well..
