Ingrédients de Rose Panacotta:
- 300 ml fresh cream.
- 100 ml milk.
- 100 gms sugar.
- 1 tsp vanilla essence.
- 1/2 tsp rose essence.
- 1 tbsp agar agar powder.
- fresh Fresh rose petals.
- 2 tbsp rose syrup.
Comment cuisiner Rose Panacotta:
- Take a pan,cook cream,milk and sugar together on a low flame..
- Add agar agar dissolved in water and mix well.keep aside..
- Add rose syrup and vanilla essence after cooling the mix..
- Set it in a silicon cup for atleast 5 hours..
- Demould and serve chilled topped with rose syrup and fresh petals.
