1. 1/2 kg all-purpose flour.
2. 1 tbsp ghee.
3. 2 cups Sugar syrup.
4. 1 pinch red colour.
5. 1 pinch green colour.

1. Make a soft Dough of flour, ghee and water (3 parts -1 red colour dough, 1 green colour and 1 normal).
2. Make a big circle roti.
3. Cut it with round cutter.
4. Stick in a way, shown in pic.
5. Roll it, cut half.
6. Dry and deep fry in ghee.
7. Pour sugar syrup in flowers and mathri is ready.
