Ingrédients de Mango Rose cake:

  1. 1 cup Maida/ All purpose flour.
  2. 2 tbsp milk powder.
  3. 1/2 cup sugar.
  4. 1 tsp baking powder.
  5. 1/2 tsp baking soda.
  6. 1 pinch salt.
  7. 2 tbsp curd.
  8. 1/4 cup oil.
  9. 1/2 cup milk.
  10. 1/4 Tsp vanilla/mango essence.
  11. Garnishing.
  12. 4-5 mango slices.
  13. 2 cups whipped cream.
  14. 1 cup mango pulp.
  15. as needed Edible silver balls.

Comment cuisiner Mango Rose cake:

  1. Sevie all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix well wet ingredients in another bowl.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Grease a tin and dust with flour and pour batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180° or in a preheated kadhai for 35-40 mins.
  4. Let it cool down and cut horizontally in 2/3 layers..
  5. Apply whipp cream on a layer then mango pulp layer then put second cake layer and repeat. Apply on cream on top surface..
  6. Now start arranging mango slices from centre as petals one over other circularly.
  7. Decorate with edible sugar balls.
