- 100 grms All purpose flour.
- 2 tbsp Semolina.
- 80 grms Margarine.
- Powdered sugar 80grm.
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder.
- 8-10 strand Saffron.
- 1 tsp Curds.
- 2 tsp Milk.
- 1 pinch Soda-bi-carb.
- 2 tbsp Dryfruit chopped.
- 1/4 tsp Rose essence.
- Yellow colour 1-2drop (optional).

- Whip margarine powdered sugar, cardamom powder and saffron together till light and fluffy..
- Add curd milk and soda-bi-carb and mix well..
- Add flour and semolina, essence, dryfruits,colour in it..
- Mix gently to make soft dough..
- Make cookie of the dough and place them on backing tray..
- Place them with sufficient space in between them..
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 120 degree Celsius till desired colour..
- Let it cool.Garnish it with dry rose petals..
