Ingrédients de Rose Lassi:
- 2 cups fresh thick curd.
- 2 tablespoons Rose Syrup.
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar.
- 1/2 cup ice cold water.
- 1/2 teaspoon rose water.
- 1 mint sprig for the garnish.
- 1 cup ice cubes.
Comment cuisiner Rose Lassi:
- Blend curd and sugar with the help of a whisk or blender until smooth..
- Add rose water, 1 tablespoon rose syrup and ice cold water to get the desired consistency. Whisk again till a frothy layer is formed..
- Take chilled serving glasses and drizzle the remaining rose syrup on the sides of the glasses.
- Now pour the cold sweet lassi in glasses along with few ice cubes and a mint sprig and serve chilled.
