Ingrédients de Rose Lassi:

  1. 2 cups fresh thick curd.
  2. 2 tablespoons Rose Syrup.
  3. 2 tablespoons powdered sugar.
  4. 1/2 cup ice cold water.
  5. 1/2 teaspoon rose water.
  6. 1 mint sprig for the garnish.
  7. 1 cup ice cubes.

Comment cuisiner Rose Lassi:

  1. Blend curd and sugar with the help of a whisk or blender until smooth..
  2. Add rose water, 1 tablespoon rose syrup and ice cold water to get the desired consistency. Whisk again till a frothy layer is formed..
  3. Take chilled serving glasses and drizzle the remaining rose syrup on the sides of the glasses.
  4. Now pour the cold sweet lassi in glasses along with few ice cubes and a mint sprig and serve chilled.
