1. 1 cup maida.
2. 1/3 cup rice flour.
3. 2 tbsp sugar.
4. 1/2 tsp fennel seeds.
5. 1 pinch salt.
6. as needed Oil for frying.
7. 1 Rose cake mould.

1. Take a bowl. Add maida, rice flour, fennel seeds, sugar and salt. Mix.....well..
2. It should be in thick consistency..
3. Heat oil in Kadai. When the oil is hot. Dip the could for few minutes..
4. Then dip in batter. The batter will stick to the mould..
5. Then dip in hot oil. Wait till it become brown in colour..
6. Take out the rose cake with spoon. Once it is done..
7. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy...
