Ingrédients de Peppered Pancake:

  1. 500 g Flour.
  2. 150 g Sugar.
  3. 1/2 tsp Salt.
  4. 1 TSP Ground Chili Pepper.
  5. Powdered Nutmeg1/2tsp.
  6. Flavours.
  7. Vanilla 1capful.
  8. Strawberry 1/2capful.
  9. 1 Egg.
  10. 1 tsp Baking Powder.
  11. Sunflower oil.

Comment cuisiner Peppered Pancake:

  1. Add flour into a dry bowl, add all dry, mix well,break and ehusk egg till fluffy,add flavours, whisk,bore a hole in the middle of the flour bowl mixture,add egg mixture, knead,add water as desired till smooth and runny,let it rest/rise for 10mins(this stage is optional)you can fry immediately, heat 2TBS of oil in a frying pan, on low heat,spread it,scoop in a full batter,allow to set and thicken, flip side, repeat process.
  2. When done on both sides,drain in a sieve or paper towel,enjoy with drink of choice.
