  15. 1 cup basmati rice.
  16. 1 tbs granulated sugar.
  17. Salt.
  18. Pepper.
  19. 1 teaspoon cinnamon or one cinnamon stick.
  20. 1 cardamom pod.
  21. 1 bay leave.
  22. 2 cloves.
  23. 1 and 1/4 cup of water.
  24. Fried nuts.
  25. 10 g butter.
  26. 2 tbs sunflower oil.
